Booking Policy

All clients are required to pay a $20 non refundable deposit to book an appointment. This deposit will be credited towards the total cost of your service.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are TRANSFERABLE to another appointment if rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. All deposits that are transferred must be used within 90 days of the original appointment date.


For refills, you must have 40% of your lash extensions left, less than 40% will be considered an extended set and a $20 surcharge will be applied on top of the initial cost of the service. Anything less than 30% will be considered a full set. No refills will be done after 21 days from the last appointment.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, a $15 late fee will be charged. If you no show for an appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you are booking a refill and your initial lash application was applied by another tech, there will be an additional $20 fee added to the cost of your appointment.

 
In terms of payment, CASH ONLY. Any Etransfer or credit card payments are subject to 13% tax added to the total cost.
